At Nekoo.in, we value your trust and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • The reason for return falls under one of the following:

    • You received a damaged or defective product.

    • You received an incorrect product.

    • The product does not match the description on www.nekoo.in.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care by the customer.

  • Items returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must record an unboxing video (clear, continuous, starting from the sealed package to the point of damage/defect). This serves as mandatory evidence.

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via:

  • Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Unboxing video and images

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your case.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Provide necessary evidence (e.g., unboxing video for damaged items, photos for incorrect items).

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Nekoo.in in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • For other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued either:

  1. To the original payment method, or
  2. As store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Shipping charges (if non-refundable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
